1. If the customer wants to Return/Exchange the Product, they need to drop a mail to email@example.com (within 24 hrs of delivery) stating the reason.
2. The request will be considered only if the product is defective or the product is different from the one you have ordered.
3. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an E-mail notification regarding it and you have to return the product before 7 days.
4. Once we received the product to be Replaced/Returned it will be inspected for satisfactory conditions.
5. If the condition of the Product as claimed by you is true and the product is in satisfactory condition, your request for Return/Replacement will proceed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
